Pecan Pie Bread Pudding...Made this and it was wonderful. Used white sandwich bread, used 4tbs of butter instead of the 2tbs called for. Also used 2 cups of pecans instead of 1. Baked it for only 30 minutes, not the 45 called for in the recipe
